As team meetings and other events we have LHL Aurskog-Holand is a local chapter of the National Association for Heart and Lung. We are located at Bjørkelangen, where we have our premises. Our main activities are currently our day center, which is up every Thursday between. 10.00 and 14.00. You run various courses and some light exercise. Otherwise enough social importance for those who attend. In addition, we serve dinner and coffee.
We also offer "Snikkerbua", here are some simple fitness equipment that can be used when the center is up, Monday from. 17.00 or by appointment.
